I'm a Digital Marketer & Brand Strategist, and the founder of The Social Wellness. With a Bachelor of Arts and Honours in Film and Media Production, my journey in marketing began with invaluable experience as a Media and Events Assistant at Covenant House.

Driven by a deep-rooted passion for wellness and authenticity, I found my calling in digital marketing. Having observed the superficial nature often prevalent on social media platforms, I became disenchanted with the shallowness of online interactions.
Through my own wellness journey, which includes practices like yoga, pilates, and mindful self-development, I realized the power of authentic storytelling and meaningful connections. This realization ignited my desire to help wellness brands authentically showcase their purpose and connect with their audience in a meaningful way.

The Founder Behind the Screen
In my downtime, I love diving into activities that recharge my batteries and fuel my creativity. Yoga and Pilates are my go-to for not just staying fit but also finding inner peace—a mindset that I bring into my work with wellness brands. Hiking is my escape into nature, reminding me of the importance of balance, which I believe is key for both personal and professional fulfillment.
And as a film buff, there's nothing I enjoy more than losing myself in a good movie, appreciating the power of storytelling, which drives my passion for authentic narratives in the creative industry. Outside of my day-to-day, I've had the amazing opportunity to volunteer at events like TIFF and the Niagara Canada Games, where I've learned the value of community engagement and the impact of shared experiences. These diverse interests and experiences shape the way I approach digital marketing and brand strategy, where I aim to create genuine connections and elevate brands authentically.
